A custom deck with an outdoor kitchen brings cooking, dining and entertaining together in one beautiful, functional space. At Hickory Dickory Decks, we design and build custom outdoor kitchen decks in Ancaster, Binbrook, Mount Hope and Smithville, incorporating features like built-in BBQs, stone countertops, dining bars, storage and built-in seating to suit the way you like to entertain.

Complete your custom deck with a pergola, covered pavilion, integrated lighting or privacy screens to create a comfortable space that feels like a natural extension of your home.

Outdoor kitchens can add significant weight to a deck, especially when they include stone countertops, cabinetry and built-in appliances. That’s why the structure underneath matters.

As experienced deck builders we design the framing and support system around the kitchen layout from the beginning, helping create a solid foundation for your counters, grill and dining areas. We look at the entire project together — not just the kitchen sitting on top of the deck.

This custom two-level deck in Ancaster was built with Fiberon composite decking in ‘Tuscan Villa’, with an outdoor kitchen seamlessly incorporated into the lower level with plenty of room for grilling and entertaining. The upper deck offers a comfortable seating area with glass railings for unobstructed backyard views, creating a beautiful, functional outdoor living space that's made to entertain.

Composite and PVC decking are a natural fit for outdoor kitchens and dining decks in Ancaster, offering a durable, low-maintenance surface. Easy to clean and built to handle spills, outdoor furniture and everyday foot traffic, these low-maintenance materials let you spend more time enjoying your backyard without the need for regular sanding, staining or sealing.

With a wide variety of colours and finishes available, your custom deck can easily coordinate with outdoor kitchen countertops, cabinetry and dining areas, creating a beautiful, cohesive outdoor living space.
