Meet Our New Sault Ste.Marie Franchisee: Jet and Roda Gregorius
They say teamwork makes the dream work, and Jet and Roda Gregorius are living proof of that. This husband and wife duo brings the perfect mix of skills – architecture, construction, and business – making them the perfect team to bring high-quality, custom decks to homeowners in the scenic northern Ontario city of Sault Ste. Marie.
Jet practiced his Architecture degree in Dubai and later honed his skills in Canada by completing the Carpentry and Renovation Technician program at Humber College. His hands-on experience as a carpenter and handyman, working in home renovation and new home construction, has given him a deep understanding of building and design.
Roda, an accountant by trade, adds strong financial and business expertise to the team. Together, they have successfully run a construction company, and now, they are joining forces with Hickory Dickory Decks to take their business to the next level.

Beyond their professional goals, Jet and Roda are also committed to their community. They have a 15-year-old son, are active members of their religious community, and share a love for basketball.
The family has embraced the friendly, small-town atmosphere of Sault Ste. Marie. “It’s a small community with big potential,” says Jet. “There are a lot of lakeside houses that are great for high-end decks to build. The people are friendly and it has a town atmosphere that I like.”
