This is a 350 sq/ft cedar deck with an octagon spa built in. The privacy rail is three feet high which gives privacy while in the spa without the wall effect of a larger privacy screen. This deck was built in the late 1980's in Burlington. 404 sq-ft. Code: 2RSW7016
